Don Henson will be teaching the basics of rubber mold making and plastic casting. Silicone rubber is the most versatile mold making material made. Many casting materials can be used to produce a piece from a silicone rubber mold, materials such as plaster, wax, concrete, pewter, polyurethane plastics, fiberglass, just to name a few. Participants will have the opportunity to make a small casting from plastic or another material of there choosing. This is a great class for those looking for a reliable way to make multiples, or plan on taking metal casting classes in the future.
